Tonight, Friday night, will be the most spectacularly full moon night. It’s one of the most auspicious nights according to the Hindu and Buddhist traditions. We could play video games or watch TV for 2.5 hours.
Or, we can sit under the full moon, without interception of a window, and meditate for 2.5 hours. According to traditions you have to be outside so the rays of the moon can shine directly on you.

It was such a good wrap to a very important day.
