Cooking without shallots, leek, onions, garlic, and green onions (S.L.O.G.G Free) 

Broccoli and anchovy pasta dinner

Boil water

Blanch broccoli florets quickyly in boiling water –> remove as soon as the broccoli turn a brighter shade of green

Heat olive oil in a sauce pan

Mesh in 2 cans of anchovy (drained of the can oil) 

Mix in the broccoli florets

Season with salt, freshly ground pepper, chili pepper flakes

Mix in the cooked pasta  (“angel hair” is good)

Here’s your plate.  Pour some wine!
